Admissions Policy-Notice of Admissions
Applicants will receive an email letter notifying them of their admission status when all documentation necessary for an admission decision has been submitted to the Office of Admissions.
Mid-year Admissions
Students may enter WiloStar3D Interactive Academy at the beginning of each semester. Transfer students will find the transition to WiloStar3D at mid-year minimally disruptive to their educational plans.
Admission to Advanced Standing
Advanced standing is a status attained by presenting work completed at another school or by demonstrating proficiency in a course that removes certain prerequisites. The removal of prerequisites may be with or without credit.
Applying for Admission
Application Process:
1. Submit a completed Enrollment Agreement and the nonrefundable $125.00 application fee to the Office of Admissions. You may use our online application if you prefer or you may print out a copy from our Web site and fax the completed application to 215-754-4356.
2. Request to have your high school/middle school records office mail an official transcript to the Office of Admissions. We prefer a high school transcript that includes a cumulative GPA and class rank. If you are a home school student we require portfolio samples, written evaluations for each grade level and other grade documentation.
3. Submit the WiloStar3D Code of Conduct Form. This form is available under the admissions link off the main WiloStar3D Web site and discusses important codes of conduct and school rules.
